Huizhou Zhongdena Micro‑Technology Co., Ltd. has been officially established, with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, laying the groundwork for subsequent industrialization.
At the end of 2016
The group’s Huizhou Dellmond Technology was established in the Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone, establishing a “Shenzhen R&D, Huizhou manufacturing” model, with Zhongde Nami assuming both production and pilot-scale expansion functions.
2016–2017
In Huizhou, the first pilot production line for CVD‑grown nanodiamond coatings was established to validate the micro‑drill coating process and initiate small‑batch trial production.
2017
The pilot production line is stable, and the first-generation nano‑diamond‑coated PCB microdrills have been launched, offering a service life more than ten times that of conventional tools, with initial orders secured from leading PCB manufacturers.
2018
Expanded production capacity by commissioning the first mass‑production CVD production line; broadened the product portfolio to include coated milling cutters, graphite tools, and dental burs; and was recognized as a high‑tech enterprise by Huizhou City.
2019
Enhance PVD composite coating capabilities; establish an integrated “CVD + PVD + cutting tool manufacturing” operation at the Zhongkai base; serve numerous publicly listed corporate clients.
2020
With the Group’s Series A financing, construction of Zhongdena Micro’s Phase II production line has commenced, doubling its capacity.
2021
The group’s headquarters relocated to Shenzhen and was renamed Shenzhen Dellmond; Zhongdena Micro became the group’s sole core manufacturing entity, responsible for the mass production of all coatings and cutting tools.
2022
It has established China’s largest industrial-scale base for CVD‑grown nano‑diamond coatings; been recognized as a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SME in Guangdong Province; and holds a cumulative total of 29 patents and 23 software copyrights.
2023
Continuously expanding production capacity and upgrading production-line automation; strategically positioning in new application areas such as ceramic substrates, ITO conductive glass, and metallized composite materials.
2024
Selected among the Top 100 benchmark enterprises for specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area; certified as a national-level high-tech enterprise; with 105 insured employees and a workforce of 100–199.
2025
The company’s diamond-coated micro-drills for PCBs maintain a leading global market share; the Huizhou facility has become a core pillar of the group, underpinning cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and product quality; and its wholly owned subsidiary has secured a stable strategic position.
2026
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Dellmond, holding 100% of its shares and with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, it undertakes the group’s three core functions: cutting tool production, coating processing, and pilot-scale development of new products.
A stable organizational structure has been established: Shenzhen (R&D / Sales / Headquarters) + Huizhou Zhongdena Micro (Manufacturing / Delivery / Cost Center), supporting the group’s global expansion and entry into high-end markets.
