PMC specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and continuously update the production material plan, and coordinate production, procurement, and sales to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Follow up on purchase orders and shipment progress, monitor inventory turnover, and issue replenishment alerts and anomaly warnings.
3. Track project and material milestones, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive the closed-loop resolution of issues.
4. Collaborate with the Production and Quality departments to optimize scheduling and processes, thereby improving delivery efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Possesses strong communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills, enabling efficient alignment with procurement, production, quality, and other teams.
2. Highly execution‑driven and results‑oriented, capable of driving tasks to completion even under tight deadlines.
3. Meticulous and rigorous, with a strong aptitude for data analysis, and proficient in commonly used office and planning tools;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to analyze problems and drive their resolution;
5. Possesses a strong team spirit and self-motivation, and is adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Salary for this position is determined based on job performance, with monthly pay issued on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s earnings.
